ToT—Choose Your Own Adventure Training: Adult Learning Theory for Trainers

This fast-paced, interactive Train-the-Trainer session introduces key adult learning theory concepts (andragogy, motivation, relevance, autonomy, experience, and application) through a “choose your own adventure” format. Participants actively select learning pathways, solve realistic training challenges, and practice quick facilitation moves that increase engagement and transfer to the workplace. By the end, trainers leave with a simple design checklist and ready-to-use strategies for making adult learning practical, respectful, and energizing.
