ToT—Choose Your Own Adventure Training: Adult Learning Theory for Trainers
This fast-paced, interactive Train-the-Trainer session introduces key adult learning theory concepts (andragogy, motivation, relevance, autonomy, experience, and application) through a “choose your own adventure” format. Participants actively select learning pathways, solve realistic training challenges, and practice quick facilitation moves that increase engagement and transfer to the workplace. By the end, trainers leave with a simple design checklist and ready-to-use strategies for making adult learning practical, respectful, and energizing.

ToT—Finding Joy in the Rain: The Five Senses Self - Care Framework
This interactive training introduces early childhood professionals to a five-senses self-care framework that supports stress management, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention. Participants will learn practical, sensory-based strategies to promote personal well-being and resilience in both professional and personal settings.

ToT—The Outdoor Learning Environment Early Childhood Education Network
The ECE Network is part of the larger OLE! Texas initiative that began around 2015. The network offers a vast array of resources, networking events and free webinars on all things outdoor play and learning! The network is open to early childhood educators, mentors, coaches and anyone with a vested interest in connecting young children to the outdoors. In this session we'll discuss our "why" for nature play and learning, the details of the network, and how TECECN consultants can benefit from and support the ECE Network to reimagine outdoor learning for our youngest Texans!

Participants will explore practical strategies for using Instagram and Facebook to build visibility, share value-based content, and monitor trends in early childhood education.
