The Grow a Rainbow early childhood conference is a series event grown from CHILD’s annual “Plant a Rainbow”conference, which is held in the spring months in Houston.  The tremendous success of Plant a Rainbow paved the way for Grow a Rainbow, which will serve as the our pre-summer professional development event for early childhood educators in Houston.
