  • TXAEYC Now Accepting Submissions for Early Years Publication

    Are you passionate about early childhood education and have insights to share? Early Years, TXAEYC’s peer-reviewed journal, is now accepting manuscripts for upcoming issues. This practitioner-focused publication reaches thousands of educators, directors, faculty, and early childhood professionals across Texas—and we want to hear from you.

    We welcome articles on topics like child development, play, anti-bias curriculum, advocacy, family engagement, and research that connects theory to practice. Submissions should follow APA 7th edition guidelines and be 1,500–2,500 words.

  • TLCCA Fall Conference

    Deadline: July 15th

    As we gear up for the TLCCA Fall Conference  we wanted to personally invite you to submit a proposal to speak at this year’s event. Our theme this year is “Boots & Bling and we’re excited to offer high-quality, engaging training sessions that support the professional growth of childcare providers, leaders, and educators across Texas.

  • TXAEYC 2025 Annual Conference

    Deadline: July 18, 2025

    November 6-8th, 2025 | Round Rock

    Thinking about presenting? We’re looking for highly engaging 75-minute sessions that speak to the real work happening in classrooms, centers, programs, and communities. Sessions that offer clear ideas, grounded perspectives, and meaningful takeaways for educators, directors, coaches, and advocates. 

    You don’t need a perfect title or a research citation to start. You just need an idea worth sharing—and a commitment to helping others grow through it. 

  • Early Matters San Antonio

    Request for Proposals (RFP): TECPDS Training Implementation for Early Childhood Professionals in Bexar County. Early Matters San Antonio is a collective impact initiative committed to ensuring every child in our region has access to high-quality early childhood education and care. Through partnerships across education, business, philanthropy, and government, the Early Matters collective drives policy change, promotes workforce investment, and expands access to high-quality programs that support children from birth through age five.

  • BakerRipley Childcare Provider Trainer Services RFP

    Deadline: July 29, 2025

    BakerRipley invites qualified individuals and organizations to submit proposals to deliver professional development and training to Early Learning Program staff. Selected trainers will provide high-quality sessions and relevant materials. Contracts for successful proposals will begin on October 1, 2025. Please note: a contract does not guarantee scheduled training: each board will independently select and schedule vendors.

    Requirements: Submit a completed presenter proposal form, before July 29, 2025. To add multiple trainings, click “+ Add Training” and submit when all trainings are added. Completed “Attachment A” Vendor Proposal Responses and Qualifications. Completed “Required Documents Forms I-X” Trainers meet minimum qualifications per Child Care Regulation to conduct the training, and/or are TECPDS (Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System) approved.

    The Texas Workforce Commission Child Care & Early Learning Division is hosting four conferences in 2026 to support early childhood educators from across the state. The audience will be comprised of early childhood professionals including child care administrators (owners & directors), early childhood teachers and child care staff from Texas Rising Star-certified programs. We are seeking presentations that provide innovative ideas, tools, resources, information, and application strategies for high quality, responsive and intentional experiences for all children in an early childhood classroom. Spanish presentations are wanted. Selected presentations will be paid $750 per presenter, per session.   This year our goal is to offer four similar conferences and would like to have speakers who can attend all four conferences to ensure the experiences of the attendees are as consistent and comparable as possible.

    CTAT invites you to impact CTE programs across the state by sharing your expertise. Presenters are expected to prepare engaging and interactive sessions with resources, strategies, how-to guides, examples, tools, and tips for supporting high-quality CTE programs.
