Delicia Parker’s trainer/consultant journey is driven by a passion for shaping the future of quality care for young children. With a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Leadership certification, and as a Texas Certified Infant/Toddler Specialist, her role involves empowering educators to unlock the potential of every child in the state of Texas.
With over 20+ years of experience in early childhood education as a teacher, professional development trainer, and coach, Delicia has first hand knowledge of what it takes to maintain a quality child development program. Professional development trainings can be done virtually and/or in person with individual teacher coaching and mentoring at the director or program administrator's request.
