Katrina Carter-Harris
Katrina's career extends over 25 years in Early Childhood Education within the Bexar County Area in roles such as being a Texas School Ready Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, and Director of TSR and TRS 4-star programs. Katrina has built a specialization in areas such as early intervention, child and family studies, living and development, support for families and their children with special needs, and trauma-informed care.
Her commitment to the field extends beyond her earlier roles, as she currently holds the position of Director of Operations at the Alamo Area Community Network. She continues to contribute her expertise as a trainer, consultant, coach, mentor, and specialist for various organizations. Moreover, Katrina is the entrepreneur behind Carter Childcare Services and Consulting dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for ECE and childcare professionals, business owners, and administrators.
