Alba Bunnell, PhD was born in Nicaragua and raised in the United States, Dr. Bunnell is an early childhood education leader with over 30 years of experience as a program director and professional trainer. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology and specializes in social and emotional development, trauma-informed practices, and developmentally appropriate education.

Thania Gonzalez grew up in Brownsville – located at the southernmost tip of Texas.
Thania has been an infant, toddler and preschool teacher in Early Head Start/ Head Start.

Judith Lee has over a decade of experience in the field of child development, specializing in early childhood development consultation, professional development provision, and education.

Luz Dalia Sanchez has over 25 years of experience working with multicultural families in education and public health.

Lucia’ Martinez’s career in childhood development began in 2010 with the Harris County Public Health WIC Program, where she served as a Nutritionist and Certifying Authority.

Debra Lynn Arce is a Texas Rising Star Mentor and registered TECPDS trainer. She holds all TECPDS coaching badges and is pursuing certification with the Infant and Toddler Specialist Network, supporting early childhood professionals through training and coaching.

Irene Campos has more than 15 years in the early childhood profession. Irene has worked in early childhood education as a kindergarten and preschool teacher, a specialist supporting children with disabilities, and as an Early Childhood Specialist in Austin ISD.

Ana is an educator with 25 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and school administration.
