Debra Lynn Arce

For the past five years, Dr. Debra Lynn Arce has served as a Texas Rising Star (TRS) Mentor, where she guided early learning programs through quality improvement efforts. Dr. Arce is a registered trainer with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS), and she is passionate about providing impactful training and coaching to early childhood professionals. Dr. Arce currently hold all TECPDS coaching badges and she is actively working toward earning her Infant and Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN) certification.
