Debra Arce, Ph.D.
For the past five years, Debra Lynn Arce has served as a Texas Rising Star (TRS) Mentor, guiding early learning programs through quality improvement efforts. She is a registered trainer with the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System (TECPDS) and is passionate about providing impactful training and coaching to early childhood professionals. Debra currently holds all TECPDS coaching badges and is actively working toward earning her Infant and Toddler Specialist Network (ITSN) certification.
