Dietrich Love

Dietrich Love is a nutrition professional with over a decade of experience helping children and adults build healthier relationships with food. She specializes in digestive health concerns, including IBS, Crohn’s disease, and Celiac disease, and is completing certification as a nutrition counselor (expected 2026).

Her background includes one-on-one counseling, community health programs, and corporate wellness initiatives, as well as creating innovative projects like “Yoga for Youngsters” and “Nutrition Bytes.” At Head Start of Greater Dallas, she built sustainable nutrition solutions and partnerships that continue to serve hundreds of families.

Through her practice, Love for Wellness Consulting, she also provides training in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), equipping childcare consultants and centers with the tools to stay compliant, protect funding, and improve nutrition outcomes for children.
