Dietrich Love is a FxNA Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Cooper Institute™ Certified as a Health Promotion Director, Cooper Institute™ Certified in Diabetes and Exercise, Certified ServSafe® Instructor, Registered ServSafe®Proctor, Certified Child Health Consultant (CCHC) and holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University . Additionally, Dietrich is a Head Start alumnus and a Head Start Fellow. She also received Nike leadership development training, which enhanced her strategy and coaching skills. She has 25+ years of experience in child nutrition and food management systems. Her expertise includes serving as the director of child nutrition, a CACFP state reviewer, a Head Start review consultant, and a state reviewer.
Through Dietrich’s practice, Love for Wellness Consulting, she also provides training in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), equipping childcare consultants and centers with the tools to stay compliant, protect funding, and improve nutrition outcomes for children.
