Natoya is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Peak Pro Developments, an early childhood professional development agency based in Austin, Texas. With over 18 years of experience as a teacher, family advocate, and center director, Natoya is passionate about empowering educators and families to build thriving learning communities.
Natoya designs and delivers TECPDS-approved trainings focused on family engagement, leadership, mental health and resilience, and inclusive classroom practices. Natoya also serves as a CDA Professional Development Specialist and Infant-Toddler Network Specialist, supporting programs in meeting high standards of quality and care.
Through Natoya’s workshops, coaching, and speaking engagements, she inspires early childhood professionals to lead with compassion, reflect with purpose, and teach with excellence.
