Shanna Brown-Andrews is an early childhood education leader, professional trainer, and speaker with over 15 years of experience. She holds a BPS and AAS in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning.
Shanna opened her first early childhood education program at just 25 years old and has more than a decade of experience in program ownership and leadership. Under her leadership, her program achieved a 4-Star Texas Rising Star designation, earning 4/4 in every category and across every classroom. She was also honored as a 2024 Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas Success Story of the Year.
As a Texas Registered Trainer, CDA Professional Development Specialist, and CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, Shanna provides engaging, hands-on professional development to educators throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. She is also a published children’s book author and CEO of The Educator’s Tool Box, empowering educators with practical strategies and resources they can immediately put into action.
