Albert Wright

Albert Wright brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood and school-age education leadership, staff development, and program operations. He began his career in 1995 as a preschool assistant and youth ministry volunteer in LaMarque, Texas, and quickly advanced into leadership roles within private schools and faith-based programs across the state.

Albert has held multiple director-level positions, overseeing afterschool programs, leading auxiliary education classes, and managing the hiring, training, and certification of early childhood staff. His expertise includes building and launching child care centers in over eight Texas cities, growing program enrollment, and streamlining operations across multiple sites.

He later served as Lab School Manager and School Age Education Specialist for one of Texas’ largest child care providers, where he supported programs across the North and South DFW regions. In 2011, Albert founded Wright One Training to focus full-time on empowering educators through professional development, leadership coaching, and compliance support.

Albert is passionate about equipping educators to lead with excellence and care. His work continues to support high-quality standards in programs throughout Texas.
