Alesha brings over 20 years of experience working with children and families across a variety of settings, including residential treatment, family services, education, and operations management.
Alesha began her career supporting children in residential care, then moved into family casework, helping families involved with CPS overcome life challenges.
After relocating to Texas, Alesha became a supervisor at a domestic violence shelter and later earned her teaching certification to become a special education teacher. For the past 10 years, she has served as Director of Operations for a growing early education franchise, overseeing training, development, and daily operations for more than 18 locations.
Her expertise spans trauma-informed care, family engagement, leadership development, and system-level operations that support high-quality early childhood programs.
